Terms of engagement

These terms apply when you commission work from Page Studio Hub (“we”, “us”) via page-studiohub.click or a written quote. By paying a deposit or signing a quote you accept them.

Work we accept

We provide human-led measurement reviews, funnel readout sessions, event catalogue workshops, and quarterly measurement hours as described on this site. We do not sell software, collection capacity, or a continuing login. Quotes describe the app surfaces, paths, and artefacts in scope.

Your materials

You remain responsible for lawful access to builds, event exports, and recordings you share. You warrant that you have authority to show us those materials. We use them only to perform the sitting and to keep a working file for the revision window.

Intellectual property

Your event names, product copy, and recordings stay yours. The findings pack, glossary, and session notes we author are licensed to you for internal use, including sharing with your employees and contractors who need them to implement changes. You may not resell the pack as a template for other companies. We may describe the work in general terms without naming your product unless you permit a case note.

Fees and invoices

Fees are as quoted. Deposits reserve calendar time. Balances are due as stated on the invoice. Overdue balances pause remaining sittings.

Liability

We provide professional judgement, not a guarantee of store ranking, revenue, or legal compliance. Our total liability for a commission is limited to the fees paid for that commission, except where Malaysian law forbids a limit. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data in your own systems, or decisions you take after reading a pack.

Confidentiality

Both parties keep non-public materials confidential for three years after the sitting, except where disclosure is required by law or already public.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, with Ipoh as the preferred venue where procedure allows.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. The version in force is the one linked from your quote unless a signed document says otherwise.
