Refunds, deposits, and missed sittings

These rules apply to commissioned reviews and sessions. We do not sell physical goods or software licences.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid to Page Studio Hub for work that has not been delivered according to the quote. They do not apply to third-party costs you incur (travel, your own vendor bills).

Timeframe

Write to hello@page-studiohub.click within fourteen days of the event that grounds the request (a cancellation, a missed sitting, or delivery of a pack you believe is incomplete against the quote).

Full or partial refunds

• Measurement review. If we have not started intake (no materials received and no kickoff held), the deposit is refundable in full minus a RM 250 administration amount. After intake begins, the deposit is kept; the balance is not charged if we stop by agreement before the working session. After the findings pack is delivered, fees are not refundable except where we failed to deliver the artefacts named in the quote.
• Funnel readout and catalogue workshop. Cancel more than five working days before the date for a full refund of the deposit. Inside five working days, the deposit is kept. If we cancel, you receive a full refund of sums paid for that date or a new date at your choice.
• Quarterly hours. Unused hours at quarter-end are not refunded. If you cancel the retainer before the quarter starts, the prepaid amount is returned minus RM 250.

Non-refundable items

Bank transfer charges, booked meeting-room extras you requested, and printed large-format screens produced at your request after approval.

Process

Email the invoice number, the sitting date, and the reason. We confirm in writing. Approved refunds are paid to the originating bank account.

Processing time and method

Allow ten working days after approval for a Malaysian bank transfer. We do not refund in cash at the office.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a readout or workshop once, with three working days’ notice, subject to our calendar. A second move is treated as a cancellation of the deposit.

Deposits

Deposits hold dates. They are applied to the final invoice when work completes.

No-shows

If your attendees do not join a confirmed session and you have not moved the date under the rule above, the session fee or the session portion of a review is charged as delivered. We will still send any notes we prepared.

Work already started

Desk work in week two of a measurement review counts as started work. Stopping then does not return the deposit.

Materials

Screen recordings and exports you sent are deleted or returned on request after the retention period in the privacy notice, except invoice copies.

Exceptions

If illness or a travel disruption prevents an Ipoh sitting, we move to a remote room at no extra fee once. We do not refund because a chart moved after you changed the app without telling us.
