What we collect

From the enquiry form we receive your name, email, optional product name, the kind of work you selected, and your message. From commissioned work we may receive names and emails of attendees, screen recordings, event exports, and charts you choose to send. We do not ask for identity-card numbers, payment-card details, or health information on this site.

Why we use it

We reply to enquiries, run sittings, issue invoices, and keep a working file through the revision window. Lawful bases under Malaysian PDPA practice include your request for a contract-like sitting and our legitimate need to keep records of professional work.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become a commission are kept for eighteen months. Findings packs and working files are kept for seven years unless a quote agrees a shorter period. Invoice records follow Malaysian tax retention rules.

Who we share with

We use an email host and an accountant bound to keep records confidential. We do not sell lists. If a sitting is remote, the video room is the one named in the intake note.

International transfers

Some email or file hosts may store copies outside Malaysia. Where that happens we choose vendors who publish a transfer mechanism we can point to, and we limit the files we upload.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent where consent was the basis, subject to our need to keep invoices and packs we already delivered. Write to hello@page-studiohub.click. We aim to respond within twenty-one days.

Children

Our work is with adult product teams. Do not send us analytics extracts that you know contain children’s profiles unless a written addendum says how they are minimised.
