From first note to findings pack
How a review actually runs
The custom page for our service model: the stages of a measurement sitting, who must be in the room, and what we will not pretend to do.
The first note
You name the app and the path. We reply with dates, the fee range, and a list of exports. Nothing is reserved until the deposit lands.
Intake week
Screen recordings, the event dictionary, eight weeks of charts, and consent copy. A short call names the question the pack must answer.
Desk work in Ipoh
We rebuild the path on paper, mark colliding events, and draft the glossary. You are not copied on every observation; you receive the pack in week three.
The sitting
Four hours with the people who own the names. Printed or shared screens stay in order. We refuse to skip to ‘recommendations’ before the path is walked.
Revision window
Five working days for factual corrections. New paths or extra apps are a new quote, not a free appendix.
Bring a product owner who can decide a verb and an engineer who can export the current list. A legal owner is welcome for the consent clock. We will not run the session as a town hall.
